One of the things we love most about what we do is connecting with the couples whose love stories we get to be part of. This is why we are so thrilled when you book consultations with us!

Either in person at our Walnut Creek design studio or by phone if your schedule is feeling a little too packed or you're not local, we love getting to know you and oohing and ahhing over paper together.

All of our paper stylists are die-hard stationery lovers and etiquette aficionados and are happy to help with anything from matching up a bridesmaid dress swatch with the perfect invitation ribbon wrap to guiding you through the tricky ins and outs of preparing your guest address list.

We also understand that there is no substitute to having a conversation with a real person who cares about your experience, which is why our consultations are always free and we offer a whole range of meeting times, easily booked online to fit in with your busy schedule.

During our house client consultations you can peruse our look books of house designs, compare ink color options, learn about our process and what you can expect when working with our team. We are happy to answer any design, etiquette, or stationery questions that you can think of! If you are looking to embellish your suite we can also talk colored envelopes, liners, ribbons and wax seals. We will also arm you with samples of the different suites you are considering so you can share them with all your wedding advisors.

For custom clients, we are happy to show you all of the above in addition to discussing design ideas that you might have for your custom order. We don’t do any actual designing during these consultations, but we can get started on nailing down a direction!


1) Your smiling faces, 2) Color swatches of your palette in case you would like to compare with our inks, many brides will bring swatches of their bridesmaid dresses or specific Pantones, 3) Anyone you might want in on the stationery action (ie: your mom, your maid of honor, particularly savvy groomsmen and dads, your wedding planner, etc.) 4) For custom clients: any inspiration you have collected for your wedding in the form of magazine tear-outs, digital files, photos, etc. that you might like to discuss, 5) Your love for each other and your excitement! Our team loves to talk paper, so we will be looking forward to seeing you!

We are situated in building 43, the first office when entering through the main door. Keep an eye out for our sandwich board signs to guide you to our space. There is usually PLENTY of unmetered garage and street parking.

We only offer Saturday appointments one day per month and these can book quickly, so schedule early!
